Equipment Introduction

This machine is specially designed for filling and sealing plastic bottles in the beer and soda industries. It has a secondary exhaust function to ensure that the oxygen increment of beer during the filling process is minimal.

Key functions and designs

Filling and capping integration: Adopting the isobaric filling principle, the bottle enters the filling machine through the bottle feeding star wheel, and the filling valve descends along the supporting cam to perform centering pre-pressure sealing on the bottle body.

Sealing pressure adjustment: The sealing pressure is generated by the cylinder and can be adjusted by the pressure reducing valve on the control panel. The pressure range is 0-40KP (0-0.04MPa).

CO2 bottle flushing procedure: Through the opening of the pre-filling and back pressure valve, the back pressure gas in the filling cylinder is flushed into the bottle to remove the air in the bottle and minimize the amount of oxygen added during the filling process.

Filling process

Isobaric establishment and liquid filling:  After the pre-filling valve is closed, isobaric is established between the bottle and the cylinder body, and the liquid valve is opened under the action of the operating valve stem to start filling. The material flows down along the bottle wall, and the pre-filled gas in the bottle returns to the filling cylinder through the gas valve.

Automatic filling stop:  When the liquid level reaches the reflux pipe, the reflux gas is blocked and filling stops. Overpressure is generated on the top of the bottle, preventing the material from continuing to flow in.

Exhaust and pressure balance:  Pull the fork rod to close the gas and liquid valves, and balance the pressure in the bottle with the atmospheric pressure through the exhaust valve. During exhaust, the gas at the top of the bottle expands, and the material in the reflux pipe falls back into the bottle.

Capping process

At the moment of bottle discharge, the centering cap is lifted by the cam, and the bottle enters the capping machine to complete the capping.
