Oil Filling Machine

Oil filling equipment integrates filling and capping. It is mainly suitable for filling materials with high viscosity, such as edible oil, salad oil, peanut oil, corn oil, sunflower oil, camellia oil and other oil products. The peanut oil filling machine adopts the injection plug filling principle, and the production capacity can be from 2800-20000 bottles/hour according to the user’s requirements.

The parts of the oil production line that are in contact with materials are all made of stainless steel, with no process dead ends, easy to clean, and corrosion-resistant. The peanut oil filling equipment is equipped with an automatic centralized lubrication device, which performs regular lubrication work on some oil holes. The filling valve and capping head can automatically rise and fall to adapt to bottle types of different heights. It has a high degree of automation and is easy to operate. The electrical components are all branded products. The peanut oil filling equipment adopts PLC touch screen operation. The production speed, fault category, fault occurrence point, etc. are all displayed on the screen. Only one person can complete the complete operation process.

Features

Filling part:
1. The rotating disk is made of stainless steel ANSI304
2. The filling method is gravity filling.
3. The filling valve is made of ANSI316L
4. High-precision, high-speed liquid level filling valve, liquid level accuracy ≤±2mm
5. An integral liquid cylinder is used, and the liquid level of the liquid cylinder is controlled by a float ball.
6. The power of the oil filling machine is transmitted through the gears through the transmission system in the frame.
Capping part:
1. Magnetic constant torque capping head, the capping effect is stable and reliable, the capping defective rate is ≤0.2%
2. The cap drop guide rail is equipped with a mechanism to prevent the reverse cap from passing through and a reverse cap removal mechanism. It is also equipped with a set of photoelectric switches. When there is no cap on the cap drop guide rail, the machine will automatically stop running, which can effectively avoid the appearance of bottles without caps.
3. The capping machine is equipped with a bottle feeding detection switch, and the cap locking cylinder at the junction of the cap dropping guide rail and the cap dialing plate interlocks to control the discharge of bottle caps, ensuring that cap feeding stops when there are no bottles and reducing the loss of caps.

5. The cap sorter is equipped with a cap missing detection mechanism, which is used to control the start and stop of the cap elevator.
