Equipment Introduction

The inverted bottle sterilization machine is a specialized supporting equipment developed based on the process characteristics of high-temperature filling production lines.

This equipment tilts the product after filling and sealing, and uses the high temperature of the product itself to perform secondary sterilization on the bottle cap within a certain period of time, ensuring the quality of the product. During the transportation process, the product is guided by two perpendicular chain plates, which implement automatic bottle flipping, delayed sterilization, and automatic standing, ensuring a smooth and reliable entire process.

Equipment features:

  1. This is mainly used to sterilize the non sterilized or high-temperature treated parts of the bottle mouth and cap inner wall after hot filling of beverages such as fruit juice and tea packaged in PET polyester bottles.
  2. The entire process is mainly completed through the conveyor chain system, bottle body reverse chain system, rack, and bottle flipping rod. Realize automatic flipping sterilization and self resetting, automatically invert the filled beverage by 90 degrees, and use the high temperature of the canned beverage itself to sterilize the bottle cap and inner wall again. After completion, the bottle will automatically be placed upright. No need to add any heat sources to achieve energy-saving goals.
  4. The body of the inverted bottle sterilization system is made of SUA304 material, which is beautiful, generous, and convenient to use.
  5. The length and size of the bottle pouring sterilization system are calculated based on the customer’s hourly filling output. The sterilization time is 15-40 seconds for users to choose from, and the conveyor chain speed can be adjusted.
  6. The bottle pouring sterilization system is generally used in conjunction with spray cooling equipment. After bottle pouring sterilization, it is connected to the spray cooling equipment through a conveyor belt to spray cool the bottles and complete the entire sterilization and cooling process, ensuring the effectiveness of fruit juice filling.
