Equipment characteristics
The bottle washing machine adopts a dual channel design and is washed sequentially with disinfectant and sterile water; Adopting full process bottle mouth transportation to eliminate the influence of thermal deformation on the bottle body; Unique new filling valve and reflux circulation system design, with no return air to the filling cylinder, ensuring high cleanliness of the filling material. The filling valve can reflux even when there is no bottle, maintaining the temperature of the valve head; The sealing components inside the filling valve are all imported components made of silicone rubber or EPDM materials, which have good heat resistance, long service life, and meet the requirements of food hygiene and high-temperature material filling;
The machine is equipped with a complete thermal circulation system and has temperature detection and automatic control functions for the feeding system.

6. The bottle washing machine adopts high-pressure cleaning, with a cleaning pressure of up to 1MPa, while the traditional cleaning pressure is less than 0.3MPa.
7. The machine automatically cleans the bottle cap sealing gasket continuously during the production process, which can effectively prevent the growth of bacteria.
8. The capping head adopts a constant torque structure, which has no jerking sensation and can reduce damage to the bottle mouth. Compared with traditional magnetic torque capping, it has obvious advantages.
9. The transmission star wheel adopts a mechanical arm structure, which can be compatible with 350ML-2500ML bottle types without the need to replace accessories, making it more convenient to use.
