Juice Pre-Processing System
Juice is divided into fresh juice and blended juice
Pre-treatment of fresh juice: cleaning machine, peeling machine, juicer, filter, homogenizer, sterilization equipment and cooling system and other equipment to ensure the purity, taste and safety of the juice, to meet the high standard of food safety requirements.
Preparation of juice: emulsion tank (for melting essence, spices) preparation tank, water treatment equipment (such as reverse osmosis system), homogenizer, double filter, degassing tank, sterilization machine, cache tank, CIP system, etc.
These steps and equipment lay a solid foundation for the final canning of the juice.
Blowing Molding Machine
The blowing machine adopts touch screen operation to realize man-machine dialogue. Specially designed secondary blowing system ensures stable bottle forming quality. The heater adopts four-stage infrared temperature control, digital automatic pressure and temperature control system, which can set the corresponding heating temperature according to different users. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, small footprint, less power and gas consumption, and strong stability

Filling Machine
Juice filling machine is specially designed for juice production, using star wheel drive technology, fully automatic bottle washing, filling and capping processes. The new filling valve combined with the return circulation system ensures that the material is highly clean during the filling process.
The design of the high speed gravity filling valve not only speeds up the filling speed, but also ensures the precise control of the liquid level. The applicability of juice filling machine is wide, not only suitable for fruit juice, but also suitable for vegetable juice, tea beverage and other liquid product production line.
Inverted bottle sterilization
The equipment is used for sterilization of the bottle mouth and the inner wall of the bottle cap after hot filling of fruit and vegetable juice and tea drinks in PET bottles.
The inverted bottle sterilizer is designed according to the high temperature filling process, and the juice itself is sterilized at high temperature by tilting to extend the shelf life and ensure the quality.
During the conveying process, the equipment realizes automatic bottle pouring, delayed sterilization and automatic upright, stable and reliable operation.
SUS 304/316 stainless steel chain and polymer conveyor ensure high quality and long life.
