I. Overview

The KYJC-DM5100 filling liquid level detector is a liquid level detection instrument developed and produced by our company that has reached the highest level at home and abroad. The instrument adopts nuclear technology and uses the principle that after the low-energy photon source interacts with the material to be measured, the ray intensity changes with the position of the material surface to be tested to control the capacity of the filling liquid material. Due to its non-contact measurement method, it fundamentally solves the problem that conventional weighing methods cannot measure the capacity of filling liquid materials on the production line. Therefore, it is widely used in online automatic control of liquid material assembly lines for filling (whether bottled or canned) food, medicine, chemicals, weapons and ammunition, etc. It is of great significance to ensure product quality and improve economic and social benefits.

2. Main technical parameters

1. Linear speed of production line conveyor belt: ≤1.5m/s.

2. Container diameter: 40mm~120mm.

3. Dynamic container resolution: ±1mm, or ±3.2ml (for type 206 aluminum cans, when the linear speed of the conveyor belt is ≤0.5m/s). ±1.5mm, or ±4.8ml (for type 206 aluminum cans, when the linear speed of the conveyor belt is ≤1.5m/s).

4. Static container resolution: ±0.5mm, or ±1.6ml (for type 206 aluminum cans, when the linear speed of the conveyor belt is ≤0.5m/s).

7. Temperature error: within the range of 0℃~40℃, not affected by temperature changes.

3. Main structural features

1. Non-contact detection, fast detection speed and high accuracy.

2. It can work under variable speed conditions of the assembly line conveyor belt and is not limited by the speed stability of the conveyor belt.

4. The numbers display the cumulative number of qualified and unqualified cans (or bottles).

5. Sound and light alarm simultaneously, and automatically reject unqualified cans (or bottles).

6. The instrument is equipped with inspection procedures and debugging procedures, and has the ability to automatically detect faults.

7. It adopts stainless steel shell, and the host and probe are integrated, which makes the instrument beautiful in appearance, easy to install and strong in environmental adaptability.
