Equipment Introduction

The continuous spray sterilization machine is mainly used for atmospheric pressure sterilization of various bottled, canned beverages, canned fruits and vegetables. It can also be used for cooling tea drinks and fruit juice drinks packaged in PET polyester bottles after hot filling, as well as for warming bottles of carbonated beverages and beer.

The continuous spray sterilization machine adopts multi-stage treatment such as circulating hot water spray sterilization, warm water pre cooling, cold water cooling, etc., which has the advantages of water-saving and energy-saving.

 

Equipment characteristics

  1. The bottle in and out adopts dynamic transition, which is different from the traditional comb shaped plate transition structure, and it is not easy to pour or store bottles when entering and exiting.
  2. The steam control valve in the sterilization section adopts British Spark to ensure accurate sterilization temperature.
  3. The water supply and drainage of the entire machine are fully automatic and do not require manual operation.
  4. This machine is equipped with cooling water turbidity detection to avoid contamination of the product due to prolonged use of cooling water.
  5. The body is equipped with an insulation layer, which can reduce energy consumption and prevent employees from getting burned.
  6. Equipped with a pipeline filtration system, it can effectively prevent nozzle blockage.
  7. The automatic detection of product bottle temperature can avoid the impact of inadequate cooling on labeling and packaging.
